From being off both training and bloging for a while, biggest reason being my new, fluffy, adorable little best friend - Lucas the American Akita, my new puppy. I will tell you all about him another time.
To get myself focused again and getting a bit more motivated in the chilly Edinburgh weater, (although it is beautiful still) I've been reading on communites on google+, a great tool. There's so many inspiring people there and I've been going through Neila Rey's Fitness advise and she's incredible at expressing herself and is making it very clear on why fitness and nutrition is so important for you, it's there black on white. It will take you through everything from Hunger and Overeating, Sweat and Fitness and the myth of bodytypes.
So that's what I am going to do today, sugest to go in and read what she has got to say and you might do something good for yourself, I am going for a nice run to then do the exercises below!
