When you and your man have a competition on who will complain about how cold the house is and who gives in on putting the heating on first aka who's the biggest "crybaby"… (This is a bad competition so I won’t recommend it if you’re like me, a terrible looser)
Which to be absolutely honest, should have been weeks ago. The north might be the most beautiful place in the world, but it isn't the warmest for sure.
Anyway, I’ve solved the problem with being cold and miserable by using this great workout, 8 minute HIIT training after bouncing out of bed… 30sec on, 10sec off X 4.
Burpees - Explosive
Star Jumps - Explosive, touch floor
Push Ups - Controlled
Russian Twist - Whole body moving
Woalla, afterwards you’ll feel like, I am simply phenomenal, every drop of blood running through my veins is graced with the ichor of the gods, I am an Olympic athlete…. Or something like that…
Fun fact – a 3 minute HIIT set, as in give it all you got during these 3 minute will be the same as a 20minute jog, great way of saving time and bad excuses ey…
