Things has slowed down after the Manathon/taking down the course & saying godbye to some amazing people. This place is quiet now & I can't wait to start my Personal Training again.. The spot will be Edinburgh which I am slowly getting to know & love. Spent some time there during the festival & what a great time I had, Fringe festival is awesome if you haven't been yet. So I am slowly getting settled, managed to pull a muscle in my leg so is limping around with a swollen calf which is very sexy.. Altough I am getting back in to it for sure..
How to exercise in Scotland:
1. Loose your boyfriends parents three whippets & one lurcher.. Oh boi they're fast..
2. Spend all morning running up hills, through forests & nettles while screaming your heart out..
3. Come back with serious panic after not finding them..
4. Finding them standing waiting by the gate looking at you like the freak you are..
