I am now going to confess & express my feelings about diets & how much I hate them.. Any diets that involves counting, keeping track, worrying, starving, stuffing, exluding what you like & including what you don't is just total bullshit to me.. If carbs make you bloated & farty then fair enough, stay away from it or from me.
The best quote about food & what I think everyone should follow is "Food is fuel" simple as that. Not only to just keep you going but to perform the best you can every day, & lets be honest, "bad food" won't do the job. That's however not me saying don't ever eat junk or processed delishiousness because stuffing your face with a pizza from time to time is sinfully satisfying, right?
People nowadays seem to be terrified of the feeling of being hungry, I am one f them. The spoilingness of always being able to snack on something whenever tummy says rumble. I don't think it's good, mostly because I think food looses it's charm a bit.
To get to my point, all of this is not helping the real challange of loosing weight, if that's what you want though it all comes down to calories in vs calories out - weight gain or loss that's your choice. If you want to loose weight, eat less & if you make sure you eat the right kind of food while doing it you will feel great at the same time, it's easy, win win. (I will get told off for saing that I'm sure)
If you stick to this plan because eating less is not a diet, you will be able to eat anything in right quantities.. Great huh?
