I think the last time I blogged was when I thought the world needed to know what I had for breakfast, what I did last weekend & the jokes, oh the jokes were awesome.... That was 7 years ago.

Today's Exercise - Oblique Push-Ups
Doing Push-Ups in this position is an absolute killer
for the obliques. Aim for 30 seconds on each side. Tone arms & abs! The best thing is that you'll look super cool doing them..
